Booking Times
I understand that booking times cannot be guaranteed but every effort will be made to admit me as close to my booking time as possible. Booking slots are 15 minutes and if I arrive late for my slot, I may have to wait until the next available slot before I can play.

Ticketing & Admission
I understand that everyone (except for children aged 2 or under) requires an admission ticket. This is per person, per course, per round. Spectators will also need to purchase an admission ticket.

I understand that anyone under 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult, and after 9pm anyone under 16 will also need to be accompanied by an adult.

Refunds & Amendments
I understand that all tickets are non-refundable. If I need to amend my booking, I should contact the venue 24 hours before the booking to see if it can be adjusted. Once the booking has passed, we cannot make any amendments.

Carers Ticket

• Up to two free carers tickets per person will be available to assist customers needing help to enjoy the facilities.

• The tickets are valid for all ticket types, including promotions.

• These tickets are solely for providing access to the customer and do not allow the carer to participate in activities or receive package add-ons (e.g., drinks, glow merchandise).

Carers Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a carers ticket, you must provide one of the following:

• Evidence of a PIP assessment showing receipt of the enhanced rate mobility component or at least 8 points for “moving around” or “communicating verbally.”

• A valid disabled parking badge.

• Evidence of receiving the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance.

Participation for Carers
If caring companions wish to participate in activities, they must either:

• Purchase a full-price package ticket, or

• Opt for a discounted carer concession ticket when purchased alongside a full-price single game ticket.

Carers not wishing to play must email info@globalls.co.uk at least 48 hours before their booking to apply for a qualifying complimentary admission pass.

Accessibility
I understand that although the courses are wheelchair accessible, not all holes may be playable, depending on the individual. Please read the FAQs on our website or call 01273 911510 for more information.

Buggies
I understand that due to safety reasons, buggies are not allowed on the courses but can be left at the owner’s risk in the buggy area.

Group Sizes
I understand that there is a maximum of 5 persons per hole. Larger groups will be asked to form individual teams of up to 5 persons and will follow each other around the course.

Course Rules
I understand that everyone in my group will need to read the disclaimer on the course before starting their game.

Packages
I understand that selected drinks and glow merch are available with each package, subject to availability.

Alcohol Policy
I understand that GLOBALLS operates a Think 25 policy and everyone who looks under 25 will be asked for ID when purchasing alcohol. This includes drinks being purchased within a group, as a PROXY sale. Photographic ID is not accepted.

CARNIVAL
I understand that Carnival Games is not golf.
