Booking & Amendments

No, you do not need to book but booking is preferred if you have a specific course or time. If you are unsure of the exact date and time, you can book Amendable tickets, which can be changed later as long as your time slot has not elapsed.

If you think you may need to move your booking, please book amendable tickets.

If you have booked the standard tickets, we may be able to move these to another date however there will be an admin fee of £1 per ticket.

Time slots can accommodate up to 12 players. For larger groups, book adjacent time slots. For example, for 16 players at 2pm, book 12 people at 2pm and 4 at 2:15pm. Groups will be split into teams of 5 for health and safety reasons.

All ages are welcome at GLOBALLS. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult, and after 9pm, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Anyone can make a booking, but if the person is under 18, a parent or guardian must consent and make payment. Children aged 2 years and under can enter for free.

There are several bus routes from central Brighton; the number 7 is the most regular.

There is also a free carpark opposite which is available all hours.

Pricing, Tickets & Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If you think you might need to change your booking in the future, please book the Amendable tickets. For any changes, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Once a booking has passed, we will not be able to make any amendments and we cannot refund the tickets. Any changes to bookings will incur a £1 admin fee per ticket.

Yes, every member of your party, except for children aged 2 and under, needs an admission ticket. This includes spectators and carers. We offer a concession ticket for participating carers and complimentary tickets for those providing essential support only.

Occasionally, we offer promotional discounts with our advertising partners. These are not combinable with package deals.

Facility Rules & What to Expect

Upon arrival, arrange yourselves into teams of no more than 5. You will receive your equipment and a briefing before being admitted to the course as soon as the first hole is free. Larger groups will be admitted one team at a time. Booking slots are at 15-minute intervals, and small groups may share time slots. Booking times cannot be guaranteed due to over-runs, but we will admit you as close to your time as possible. Tickets are non-refundable.

Yes, our courses are suitable for all ages. Please give us a call for any specific queries. Please note, the Jurassic course includes stairs to one of the holes which cannot be played with the bendable club.

  1. Limit groups to 5 players per hole.
  2. No club sharing.
  3. 6-shot limit per hole per player.
  4. Do not start play until the previous group has finished.
  5. Play each hole in turn; do not cut in front of other players.
  6. If the ball goes out of play, replace it on the fairway and take a 1-stroke penalty.
  7. Move your ball 1 clubhead away from obstacles.
  8. Do not climb on models.
  9. Do not swing the club above your knees.
  10. Do not let children walk across other players’ games.

We have a parking area for pushchairs, though space is limited on the courses. Consider bringing a carry car seat or baby sling for small babies. Toddlers can walk around and use special plastic clubs (subject to availability). Pushchairs are left at your own risk, and lockers are available for valuables.

The duration depends on your group’s size and competency. A round  of golf or games typically takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the group size and ability. the maze normally takes around 30 minutes. Packages are dependent on how many courses are involved, for more information, please give us a call.

Parties, Groups & Events

Yes, you can book 12 people per time slot. If you are booking for more than 12 people (say 16) please book 12 in the first slot and 4 in the following slot and you will be emitted onto the course at the same time.

Yes we do and we offer several different packages to meet your needs. Please note, we are a family-friendly venue, and drunk or disorderly behavior will not be tolerated. Antisocial customers will be asked to leave without a refund.

On-site Amenities & Policies

We are a cash free venue. AMEX can only be accepted by arrangement.

You’re welcome to take any drinks or snacks from the front desk onto all courses.

All packages include specific additional items, consisting of drinks and/or glow merchandise. For drinks you can choose between non-alcoholic slushies or Alcoslush, depending on availability. All items are subject to change at any time, so please give us a call if you have any questions or specific requirements.

One winner will be selected at random from entries received on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram. UK entries only. The prize, as notified in the competition post, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Accessibility & Special Assistance

Up to two free carers tickets per person will be available to assist customers needing help to enjoy the facilities. The tickets are valid for all ticket types, including promotions. These tickets are solely for providing access to the customer and do not allow the carer to participate in activities or receive package add-ons (e.g., drinks, glow merchandise).

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a carers ticket, you must provide one of the following:
– Evidence of a PIP assessment showing receipt of the enhanced rate mobility component or at least 8 points for “moving around” or “communicating verbally.”
– A valid disabled parking badge.
– Evidence of receiving the higher rate of the mobility component of Disability Living Allowance.

Participation for Carers:
If caring companions wish to participate in activities, they must either:
– Purchase a full-price package ticket, or
– Opt for a discounted carer concession ticket when being purchased alongside a full price single game ticket.

To apply, please bring the required documentation outlined above with you on the day of your booking. We cannot accept photographs or photocopies of documents. Please note that a copy of your documentation will be retained for our records. Concession tickets are only valid when purchased in conjunction with a full-paying ticket and are subject to course availability.

Yes, we have a hearing loop, bendable clubs, and staff assistance available. Call us on 01273 911510 with 48 hours’ notice for wheelchair arrangements or assistance.

All our courses are wheelchair accessible but not all holes/games may be playable depending on the wheelchair and the individual. There are elevations throughout all of our courses but we provide bendable clubs so these can be played from the side. Our Jurassic course has stairs on one hole 4, that cannot be accessed using the bendable club, and a large hump on hole 10.
