All of our courses are wheelchair accessible. However, some holes or games may be more challenging depending on the type of wheelchair and the individual player. There are elevation changes throughout the courses, but we provide bendable golf clubs so many holes can be played comfortably from the side.
Please note that on our Jurassic course, hole 4 includes stairs that cannot be accessed using a bendable club, and hole 10 features a large raised hump.

Yes — we offer a range of accessibility support, including bendable golf clubs, ear defenders, a hearing loop, and on-site staff assistance. If you require wheelchair support or additional assistance, please contact us on 01273 911 510 at least 48 hours in advance, and our team will be happy to help make your visit as smooth as possible.
The tickets are valid for all ticket types, including promotions. These tickets are solely for providing access to the customer and do not allow the carer to participate in activities or receive package add-ons (e.g., drinks, glow merchandise).
To qualify for a carers ticket, you must provide one of the following:
PIP and DLA documents must be paper copies. We cannot accept photographs or photocopies of documents.
If caring companions wish to participate in activities, they must either:
– Purchase a full-price package ticket, or
– Opt for a discounted carer concession ticket when being purchased alongside a full price single game ticket.
To apply, please bring the required documentation outlined above with you on the day of your booking. We cannot accept photographs or photocopies of documents.
Please note that a copy of your documentation will be retained for our records. Concession tickets are only valid when purchased in conjunction with a full-paying ticket and are subject to course availability.
We provide a range of adaptive equipment and accessibility support at GLOBALLS Brighton to help guests of all abilities enjoy our glow-in-the-dark mini golf experience.
This includes bendable golf clubs, allowing players to take part from a seated or alternative position, as well as a ear defenders for guests with sensory sensitivities and a hearing loop at reception for visitors who are hard of hearing.
Our friendly, trained team are always available to offer assistance during your visit, and we’re happy to discuss any individual accessibility requirements in advance to ensure the best possible experience.
GLOBALLS Brighton is family-friendly and welcomes visitors with young children, and assistance dogs. We have a designated pushchair parking area, as well as baby-changing facilities and toilets available on site. Due to limited space on the courses, pushchairs are not permitted on the courses themselves.
For very young babies, we suggest bringing a carry car seat or baby sling to make moving around the venue easier. Toddlers are welcome to walk around the courses and, subject to availability, can use special lightweight plastic golf clubs designed for younger players.
Guide dogs are welcome throughout the venue. If you have any specific requirements ahead of your visit, we recommend contacting our team in advance so we can best support you.
